The Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine has no big choice. Either it will initiate and implement changes, or disappear.
Deregulation of FTU and separation it from the power are necessary.
We are representatives of employees. So we are doomed to be always in opposition to any government, like any business, because our interest counters to their logical interest – to limit the rights of citizens and increase profits.
